What to Expect?
At Neuvive, we cater to patients who have undergone treatment for various Neurological or Orthopedic conditions and are medically stable and cleared for rehabilitation. Our Physiatrist will assess patients before admission for Residential rehabilitation, and we kindly request patients to bring their medical records.
Our dedicated multidisciplinary team of expert therapists will work with you to set personalized goals that ensure maximum recovery. Your therapy sessions, scheduled between 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Saturday, will be determined by your physician and treatment team.
Our spacious and clean rooms with attached bathrooms and balconies offer all the comfort you need for your recovery journey. You will receive 24/7 nursing services, housekeeping, and mobility assistance in our safe and secure premises.
For your dining needs, we’ve partnered with trusted homely meal providers who cater to both patients and caregivers. Specific dietary needs should be communicated in advance to the meal provider. Please note that cooking is not allowed within the facility.
Caregivers can use the laundry facility at the center or opt for paid laundry services from our outsourced agency. It is essential to have a designated caregiver with patients at all times, and visitors are welcome between 5.30 am to 8.30 pm.
During your stay, feel free to utilize our well-kept premises and common areas to relax and socialize.
Transition and Discharge
Our focus is to help you transition to the next stage of your recovery smoothly. Your treatment duration will be tailored to your specific needs. Follow-up resources will be available to both clients and their support circles throughout the rehabilitation process.
Patient and Caregiver Responsibilities
To make the most of your rehabilitation experience, we encourage you to:
- Actively participate in all scheduled sessions, striving towards your treatment goals.
- Notify the Rehabilitation Team if you are unable to attend a session.
- Attend meetings regarding your treatment program.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to the Rehabilitation Team.
- Observe facility policies on smoking and safety.
- Respond as directed by the staff during emergencies.
- Express your preferences, goals, and wishes to any member of the Rehabilitation Team or our staff.
- Follow Neuvive’s regulations that affect your care and conduct.
- Communicate any confusion or concerns about your plan or expectations.
- Adhere to the recommendations and advice of your Rehabilitation Team.
- Respect the rights of others and Neuvive personnel and property.
